Oblikovanje poslovne arhitekture i upravljanje poslovnim procesima rada primjenom sofisticiranih softverskih rješenja
Sažetak
Složenost poslovanja u globaliziranom i konkurentskom okruženju zahtjeva učinkovito i djelotvorno upravljanje poslovnim procesima. Oblikovanje poslovne arhitekture poduzeća čini procese središtem upravljanja organizacijom. Primjena procesnog pristupa rada omogućuje:
- učinkovitost, djelotvornost i prilagodljivost poslovnih procesa
- dosljednost u postizanju očekivanih ishoda procesa
- poboljšanje procesa na temelju vrednovanja podataka i informacija
- jednostavno postavljanje strategija i praćenje stupnja ostvarenja ključnih pokazatelja izvedbe
- razumijevanje i dosljednost u ispunjavanju zakonskih i drugih zahtjeva (npr. ISO 9001:2015)
- postizanje učinkovite i djelotvorne provedbe procesa
- identifikaciju opasnosti i procjenu rizika i prilika
Primjena sofisticiranih softverskih rješenja je nužna za uspješnu provedbu upravljanja poslovnim procesima.

Designing business architecture and managing business processes using sophisticated software solutions
Abstract
The complexity of business in a globalized and competitive environment requires efficient and effective business process management. Designing enterprises business architecture makes processes a center of organization management. Process approach enables:
- efficiency and adaptability of business processes
- consistency in achieving the expected outcomes
- improvement of the process based on the evaluation of data and information
- easy setting strategies and tracking the degree of performance with key performance indicators
- understanding and consistency in meeting legal and other requirements (eg. ISO 9001:2015)
- achieving an effective implementation of the processes
- Identification of hazards and risk assessment
Sophisticated software solutions is necessary for successful implementation of business process management.
